Acquisition Group

Carbon Acquisition Group started as a vision by our CEO, Dwain Carbon to build his dream of Hotel chains. “I used to build hotels with my wooden blocks alongside my father, a master carpenter, “says Dwain as he reflects on his childhood. With this vision in mind, Mr. Carbon started his own property development company in 2000.

The first two projects were moderate in size – Blue Mountain, a single building / four apartment property and Unity Villas, a four building / eight apartment complex.  After the initial developments, CAG quickly grew to what it represents today, one of Sint Maarten’s premier development companies. We constantly thrive to offer the best service and maintain a dedicated crew that is always searching for new ventures.
