DC Hotel
Our DC Hotel, will be a Luxury brand and service oriented, high-end boutique hotel. The design phase has been completed and the construction phase will be starting soon. Our goal is to create a unique boutique hotel experience by providing personalized service and gracious hospitality in an beautiful Caribbean setting.
The DC Hotel will be overlooking the Simpson Bay Lagoon and a neighbor to the Isle de Sol Marina. Simpson Bay, located on the southern side of St. Marteen is in the heart of the island’s tourism epicenter, surrounded by world class marinas, countless restaurants, night clubs and bars.
The boutique hotel will be 5 stories with 21 luxurious suites, a contemporary spa and a state of the art equipped gym. You will find the pool and outdoor bar located on the roof top terrace, offering a 360-degree view of the ocean, Simpson Bay Lagoon and surrounding marinas. The hotel will have a large 160 seat conference center within walking distance of many other major hotels, ideal for business travelers.
